Hello Everybody

I'm Jackson Oliver Peterson.  I decided that after 25 6/7 weeks inside, it was time to come out.  So, I had to be born by emerency C-Section at United Hospital in St. Paul on March 28, 2015.  During my 213 days in the NICU at Children's Hospital in St. Paul, I had 7 intestinal surgeries due to getting NEC twice, a PDA ligation and laser eye surger because of ROP.  I finally got to come home on Oct. 26th, 2015.

During my long stay, I made a lot of friends with the nurses, doctors and other NICU staff.  I can't thank them enough for all that they did for me and my family.  Because of them, I am the healthy boy that I am today.  I like to visit them when I go back for my doctor's appointments.

Because I spend the first 7 months of my life in the NICU, it is very important to me to give back to the NICU.  So I want to raise money by doing the Baby Steps 3K.  Please donate to my team so we can make our goal.   We can help them get the important items that they need for the patients and families of the NICU.
