This fundraiser is near and dear to our hearts. Caden was born at 26 weeks on December 14th of 2015 at 1lb 14ozs. Never did we image that the adventure of our first child would lead us to the Minneapolis Childrens NICU.
However, God placed us in the perfect place for our journey with Caden. The NICU and ICC were THE BEST we could have ever hoped for. From the amazing facilities, to the extrodenary doctors and nurses. Our little boy had the absolute best care. There is not a day that goes by that we don't thank God for the amazing care he received.
One of the things that helped us day to day where the programs that the NICU offered. A lot of these are supported by the event like "Baby Steps 3K". From the free meal tickets I received for a nursing mom, care packages at the holidays, to the books we got in our room every week for the "Wee Read Program".
We hope that you are able to give what ever you are able to. Please know that whatever you give will go straight to the program and make a major difference in parents, like Rob and my lives.
