This month we celebrate the fourth anniversary of Olive's homecoming after her 94 day stay at Children's Hospital! Our NICU days seem further and further behind us lately as life has been busier. We welcomed Juniper this past year, and she coincidentally also needed the services of Children's Hospital for her brief stay in the special care nursery. We have also been actively trying to wean Olive from her feeding tube, which is our last physical reminder of Olive's early start in life. 

And while the NICU may not be part of our daily life these days, we will always take the time to support the NICU and the doctors and nurses that essentially saved Olive's life. She wouldn't be here without the amazing care that she received at Children's, which is why we walk in the Babysteps 3k and support the NICU and all of the families that are currently experiencing the difficulty of having a hospitalized baby.

Please join our team and walk with us to show your support too. We aren't very fast. In fact, this will be our third year of truly just ambling along, but it is a fun event. We also invite you to come over to our house for a backyard barbeque following the walk. Thank you for your support!
