The Lady Bugs Team is made up of 10 of my closest friends and we ALL have Down syndrome. We've been part of a Girl Scout troop that has been meeting almost every month since February 2010 - yes, over 10 years!!! Not only are these some of my favorite friends, but our families have become great friends and we do tons together - celebrate birthdays, camp, ride horses, and just hang out. 

Some of my favorite memories are when we get together at events the DSC hosts like the Holiday Party, Sweetheart Dance, and Talent Show just to name a few. We also have made The Buddy Walk and tradition. Every year we come up with a costume so we all dress alike and walk together and celebrate. Even though this year will be virtual, I know we will all be walking one way or another.
