2020 marks our family's 6th year participating in the Annual Buddy Walk to celebrate and promote the acceptance, inclusion and respect of individuals with Down syndrome!

This year's event will be notably different than prior years as everyone will be walking in their own neighborhood, local park, or favorite trail instead of gathering as a large group in Seattle.

Funds raised will benefit the Down Syndrome Community of Puget Sound (DSC), allowing them to pursue their mission is to provide impactful programs and resources for individuals with Down syndrome and their families while evolving perceptions in the broader community.

The DSC is an organization that means a lot to our family and we have benefited greatly this year from their Ready Set Kindergarten program and the COVID-19 speaker series featuring medical doctors and researchers discussing the latest information available regarding care for individuals with Down syndrome.
