Hi! My name is Madison Brasuell and I am a engineering intern at Burns & McDonnell. I am a senior at Texas Tech University and am studying Civil Engineering. Aside from school, I like to cook, walk my dogs in the park, and read. This is my first internship and I am looking forward to being involved with great philanthropic opportunities such as Junior Achievement.

I am helping to raise money for Junior Achievement of Southeast Texas. My story comes full circle with this amazing organization. It all started in grade school when Junior Achievement would come and teach us fun topics that were outside the scope of typical curricula. My entire fifth grade class even got to participate in "running" a city for the day - Biztown. Side note: I was the IRS agent but still had a blast collecting taxes from all the local businesses. :)
