Do I need to download the Givi App?
- No, while it does make bidding much more convenient, it is not required! You can just use a web browser on your phone or computer to bid using the Auction website.
- One additional benefit to the Givi app is that it will notify you when the auction is open, closing, and if you have been outbid on an item.
I've registered for the event, now what?
- Once you have registered, a unique code will be mailed to you. Use that code to create an account on the Givi app. This will make bidding much easier on the night of the event.
Where can I pick up my auction items?
- All items can be picked up at the end of the event at the auction check-out table. If you won an item but were not in attendance at the event, we will be in contact with you to arrange a pick-up time.
How do the funds raised at the event support the Butterfly House & Aquarium?
- Funds raised at the event will be used towards:
- Providing interactive butterfly and ocean education in our land-locked state
- The care of the Butterfly House & Aquarium's fragile marine and rainforest habitats
- Expansion of the Butterfly House & Aquarium's exhibits and programming
What should I wear to the event?
- Semi-formal cocktail attire is requested.
