Chatham Animal Rescue & Education

For the last 4 years, I have been a member of the Board of Directors for CARE.  When a fellow friend and animal lover approached me with the idea it seemed to make sense to join a local organization which focuses on rescuing animals and educating the public on animal care as I love all animals.

Many of you have heard me describe that my home has a neon vacancy sign which only stray/lost animals find their way to.  From the time I have been associated with CARE I have rescued dogs, puppies, kittens and cats.  My family are active fosters and we have paired loving kittens/cats with their furever pet parents.

We are a 99.99% volunteer organization and have been around for 40+ years.  Our funding primarily comes from the generosity of the community within and outside of our county as well as fundraisers.

Please help me and CARE save more furbabies by joining my team for the walk or by making a donation of any size.
