One of my best friends was diagnosed with stage 4 metastatic breast cancer last fall and is fighting like hell. We grew up together, shared many of our life's milestones, and have daughters the same age...and we have SO many plans for our future! We're walking this year in her honor and in honor of others battling this horrible disease, as well as in memory of those we've lost to it.
