Please join TEAM PEGGY for the 19th Annual Care4 Breast Cancer 5k walk/run on October 20, 2019.

As many of you are aware, the Care4 Breast Cancer 5k walk/run and Family Health Partnership Clinic are very dear to me.  All funds raised at this event will provide education, screening and other breast cancer services to the uninsured of McHenry County.

Please invite your family, friends and neighbors to be a participant or donate to help raise funds for much needed services.  

Registration is $35 until Wednesday, October 16th at 11:30 p.m.!   After that date, registration will be available, Saturday, October 19th at Pakcet Pick-up and Sunday, October 20th before the race for $45.
