Our Story

On June 11th, our team will be walking 21kms (as a nod to Georgie's extra 21st chromosome) to raise funds and awareness for the Canadian Down Syndrome Association.

We walk to celebrate that different is beautiful! We walk to raise awareness about inclusion. We walk to support the CDSS programs and campaigns that not only support the down syndrome community but also help Canadians who have not had a person with down syndrome touch their lives see the capability and value that each individual brings. We walk for our daughter Georgia!

Our team is named for what Georgia's cool big sister Lucy thinks Georgia's full name is: Georgia Kangaroo Kiley.Why? We're not sure. But it's damn cute.
