Unlike any other program in the region, Running Start provides children with the opportunity to shop for brand new clothes to begin the school year. Thanks to the support of caring Annual Campaign donors, these children receive a backpack full of the school supplies they need, new clothes and sneakers. For some, these are the first new clothes they have called their own. The confidence this gives each child is priceless.
