1 in 6 people will experience infertility in their lifetime. Alternative paths to parenthood can be just as challenging. The average cost of fertility treatment and private adoption is out of reach for many individuals. That’s why I’m proud to partner with organizations like the Chicago Coalition for Family Building (CCFB). The goal of CCFB is to remove the financial barrier of those seeking to build their family through adoption and fertility treatment. As a recipient of the 2026 grant, I am grateful to CCFB for supporting me and my husband’s goal to expand our family through adoption.
