Thank you for visiting the Walk for Jack team page! On Saturday June 10, the Reid family will be walking in honor of Jack Robert Hobson. Jack was born to two of our best friends, Kevin and Danielle on September 20, 2022. He fought many challenges from birth as a result of a congenital heart defect known as transposition of the great vessels. Jack passed away on October 19, 2022 under a full moon, resting in his parents’ arms. 

We remember Jack and his strength and his determination. Like Jack, a baby is born with a congenital heart defect (CHD) every 15 minutes in the US, making CHDs America's most common birth defect. 

This will be the first Congenital Heart Walk for Miles and Nolan and for us! By supporting our team or joining us in our walk, you're supporting research that will help save and improve the lives of babies born, as well as children and adults living, with CHDs.
