How to register for the Chicago Polar Plunge presented by Jackson

1. Click on the Register button on the top or left hand side of Chicagopolarplunge.org.

2. Choose a Classification. Click Join or create a Corporate Team, Family and Friends Teams/ Individual Plungers, or High School Challenge, based on how you are participating.

3. Confirm your classification and click next.

4. Choose how you will be plunging!

  • Plunger: Join us in person at North Avenue Beach.
  • Virtual Plunger: Plunge wherever and however you would like! Submit your photos and videos, fundraise and still support the Special Olympics Chicago athletes.
  • Child Plunger: This is for participants 13 and under.

5. Select if you will be plunging as an individual or joining or creating a team.

6. If you choose Join or Start a Team, you will see a popup window that will help you find your team or create a new one.

7. Enter your information and accept the terms and conditions.

8. Make a self donation to get your fundraising started and complete your registration!

9. Your registration is now complete! Click on My Fundraising Dashboard to create an account which is where you will see your donors, change your goal, edit your profile and more!
