Every year since 1988 Children's Cancer Connection has been dedicated to providing week long residential camp for children diagnosed with cancer living or treated in the state of Iowa. We also provide an identical week of camp for siblings of children diagnosed. At Children's Cancer Connection we believe in serving the entire family, for the entire journey! No one is ever charged any amount to come to camp and we work year round to make sure we can provide a magical experience for our campers!

My name is Kelli Schnurr and I want to start of with thanking you for visiting my page! I joined this life changing organization first by being an oncology camper for about 12 years! After that, I joined the LIT program to start my transition into joining the AMAZING Camp Staff. I have now been on staff for 6 years with this coming year being my 7th year! This year, I am lucky enough to be an intern at Children's Cancer Connection (for the Day Camps in Des Moines) as well as being a part of the Director's team both weeks of Camp 2017! 

With that, I am RAISING the BARS for my donations this year! I want to be a part of sponsoring an ENTIRE cabin for Camp Heart Connection! How can you help, you may ask? Well, $1 dollar truly goes a long ways! Thank you for anything you can do to help me.
