Thank you for visiting my donation page!  I want to first explain a little bit of what Camp Heart Connection (CHC) does and my involvement.  CHC is two week long overnight camp sessions each summer- one for children who have/had cancer and another for the siblings of those affected by cancer.  Camp is a place where everyone is accepted and gets to feel like a normal kid at camp because of the bond they share with the other campers.  It is a place where everyone understands the struggles of cancer firsthand. It is a family. 

Camp Heart Connection has become a family for me over the past six summers, although I can hardly say it took that long to become a part of the CHC family.  Everyone at camp becomes a family because of the love and support provided by volunteers and the campers themselves.  I have been a counselor at CHC for six weeks, and I can't imagine not continuing to be a part of it..  I am so excited and blessed to continue to have an opportunity to participate and reunite with my camp family :)

With that being said, I ask you to consider donating to my fundraising page to help pay for some of the costs associated with camp.  CHC is provided free of cost to all of the children attending  All of us staffing camp have volunteered a full week of time for camp, but there is so much more that we could use. I ask your support to help us purchase the materials we need at camp; such as medical supplies, food, drinks, games, arts and crafts supplies, etc.  Anything you donate will help camp truly be the Best Place On Earth!  Thank you, thank you!
