Dear Family and Friends,

I have a heart for mission work, restoring lives of those oppressed, and taking small steps to make the world a better place. For years, I’ve desired working with women and children who have become victims of Human Trafficking. Through an agency I was introduced to, I have been given the opportunity to work with child soldiers and sex slaves, which are forms of Human Trafficking. ChildVoice has become an important part of my life a few years ago. The work started in Uganda is bearing much fruit; what was once an idea born on a New Hampshire farm is now a global movement. ChildVoice is a Christian humanitarian organization dedicated to restoring the voices of children silenced by war throughout the world.

I will be part of the team traveling to Uganda in August 2017. As we work with children victimized by war and empower Uganda’s resilient youth to forge a future as individuals and as a community, I ask that you please consider supporting me on this mission. Please pray for wisdom, compassion, and grace as we meet these families, as well as safety and health for the whole team. Financial assistance is also needed. I need to raise $3,300 for this trip, which includes in-country transportation, lodging, food, and the projects that I will undertake.

A latin pa lubanga means ‘I am a child of God” in Acholi, the language spoken at the Lukome center. I anticipate to bring hope to the people of the Uganda through this opportunity.
