Born on October 12th and raised in Riverside, California, Shelley Coffey was a force of nature from the very beginning. She embodied determination and resilience, facing life's challenges with courage and grace. She was the epitome of a strong and loving soul, whose presence illuminated the lives of all who knew her.

In November of 2023, Shelley's symptoms had amplified in what we now know was Creuzfeldt-Jakob Disease . In January of 2024 her diagnosis was confirmed. On February 6, 2024, Shelley passed away at home surrounded by her family. 

Throughout her life, Shelley pursued many passions and lived life to the fullest. She was a devoted mother and grandmother as well as a dedicated wife to her soulmate, Dave. Her spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of her family and all those who knew her.
