When you look at the picture of Daniel on this page, it is incomprehensible that such a wonderful young man with such a beautiful smile is no longer with us.  We lost Daniel on Valentine’s Day 2019 at the age of 24. 

As a tribute to Daniel, and to anyone else who has lost a loved one to this deadly disease, we are hosting our 4th annual golf outing as a way to raise awareness and research funding in order to work towards a cure against CJD. Last year's event was a great success (we raised $15,000) and we are so greatful to everyone who helped support our cause

How You Can Help

There are a couple of ways you can help support our cause:

• Donations - the primary reason for our event. Please click on the Donate Now buttonand follow the steps needed to submit your donation. We truly appreciate your support for this cause. All donations will be reflected on this page under at the bottom under My Supporters. Donations for the following amounts will appear on our Tournament site and will also have their names posted on a dedicated Hole Donation sign:
  • Gold Level Donation– $1,000
  • Silver Level Donation – $500
  • Bronze Level Donation – $250
• Participate in our golf fundraiser - simply click on the image/link to the right and you will be directed to the registration website. You will be allowed to select any or all of the following options:
  • Golf - register yourself and others to play golf
    • Included in Golf Fees:
      • Lunch Buffet
      • Golf Bag Handling
      • Towel Service On Course
      • Greens & Cart Fees
      • Contests (Longest Drive, Most Accurate Drive, Closest to Pin)
      • Practice Range Balls

Additional items that can be purchased the day of the event including*:

• Additional contests
• Raffles

Proceeds from contests and mulligan purchases will be donated back to the CJD Foundation. If you would like to make a separate/additional donation to the foundation, and we hope you will, please click on the Donate Now button on this page.

• Golf Outing Sponsorships - you have the ability to purchase a sponsorship when you go to register for golf. Depending on the sponsorship level purchased, it will cover golf fees for a specified number of golfers as well as a donation made on your behalf to CJD.
