How do I access the auction?

There are instructions on how to complete your registration as a bidder in the registrations emails and also in the videos below. In order to view or bid in the silent and live auctions, enter the raffle, and give to the fund-a-need, you will need to be checked in as a bidder for the event, even if not attending the event.

If you are not attending the event, please register as a virtual attendee. It is free and allows you to bid from home or wherever you are.

How do I get to the Bell Museum?

Find out everything you need to know about getting to the Bell by car, bus, foot, or bike as well as where to park.

*Please note the CLWS is offering complimentary parking! Please see notes about how to validate your parking ticket at the event.

What do I wear?

Something special, whatever that means to you.

We truly mean that. And we also know that it’s not super helpful so if you wanna check in with us about what you are planning, we'd love to hear. Remember, what makes this evening so special is what brings us together, not what we look like, so have fun, go big or subtle, be you and be comfortable.

What if I don’t know anyone?

This is a great time to get to know others in our community. We know it can feel overwhelming walking into an event like this without knowing who will be there. Luckily, we’ll have people there ready to welcome you and who have been thoughtful about who you may sit next to, especially if joining solo. Besides, the museum lends itself to easy conversation as well as activities that are meaningful together or on your own.

What are the COVID protocols?

We are tracking the ebb and flow of Covid and are hopeful that the current CDC recommendations and CLWS protocols will continue through the event on May 7. Below are current protocol:

  • Masks are welcomed but optional.

  • Please consider taking a COVID test before attending.

  • If you test positive for COVID-19 within 10 days of the event (starting April 26th), please do not attend the gala event.

  • If you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, even if mild, please stay at home.

  • If you have a household member who has tested positive for COVID within 10 days of the event (since April 26th), please do not attend the gala.

If our school and/or the Bell Museum’s protocols change, we will communicate with all guests immediately. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to ednelsen@clws.org or katejacobson@clws.org.

What are cancellation and refund policies?

If a guest cannot make the event for any reason, tickets are transferable but non-refundable.

If the event is postponed or canceled, tickets are non-refundable. If the event is canceled, we will do our best to host an online virtual event.

Thank you for your understanding and please reach out with any questions.
