The work being done by the Central Outreach & Advocacy Center is extremely inspiring.  Being in downtown Atlanta, homelessness is literally on their doorstep. They have a unique approach by providing 1 on 1 support  to people experiencing homelessness that truly impacts self sufficiency and stability.  

Pierce & I have learned so much by volunteering with them - like did you know you need an ID to enter a shelter, get food stamps or apply for a job?  Or where do people experiencing homelessness get their mail?  Offering services like this along and supporting individuals through job training, mental health counseling, partner referrals, prescription glasses and more, truly makes a HUGE difference in each life they touch.
