I am a cancer survivor, volunteer and board member of Cancer Resource Center of the Finger Lakes.

I seem to have underestimated how eager people are when it comes to supporting folks with cancer. I had set a goal of $1,000 by October, but just passed the goal last week, thanks to the generosity of people like you. I have updated my goal to $2,000. I’d rather shoot for the stars and miss than set my hopes too low.

UPDATE 8/27: I did it again. I underestimated how much everyone cares about this. I'm raising my goal to $2500. Thank you for helping us get to our big goal of $130,000! 

UPDATE 9/18: oops, I did it again. People are really turning out to help, and this is the home stretch. I'm going to shoot for the moon, even if I land short. Please help me get to $3,000 if you can--every little bit helps. Small donations are welcome. Anonymous donations are welcome. Every little bit helps us support folks with cancer.
