For my college capstone project, I am raising money for Crisis House, a San Diego nonprofit that supports individuals and families experiencing homelessness, domestic violence, housing instability, and other difficult cirumstances.
While Crisis House serves people from many differnt backgrounds, I chose to focus part of my project on children and families affected by trauma and domestic violence. Children should not have to worry about where they are going to sleep, wether they will have food, or wether they will feel safe at home. At the same time, individuals experimenting homelessness face many of these insecurities every day.
My goal is to help provide more than temporary assurance. Your donation can help give someone access to basic necessities, transportation, food, clothing, and other resources that can help them move toward safety, stability, and independence.
