It often didn't take a week before I started to slack off and eventually find myself months and even years apart in putting pencil to paper in any given journal on my bookshelves. Some I purchased because they were pretty. Others were gifts. I am a creative person, and every journal I have ever owned has come into my possession with great joy. Then, reality would hit, and I would fail again. Once I committed to making my own, I knew this journal would be different. I decided not to leave my prayer life to chance. This book includes the essential elements I needed to get a jumpstart when I was going blank and enough insight to get me thinking deeper when I felt like my prayers were touching the surface of what God had for me to say and receive. I hope that others are inspired and helped in their prayer lives, as I have been by this journal.
