Ways to Participate!

Run, Walk & Move With Us!
The 5K is open to everyone. Whether you run, walk, or move at your own pace, you can opt for a shorter route or complete the full 5K—whatever feels best for you.

And of course, every registration includes an event t-shirt so you can carry a little piece of the day with you long after.

Fundraise With Us!
Start a team, join a team, or register as an individual fundraiser. Every dollar raised goes directly toward our programs and services that empower individuals with autism to reach their fullest potential.

Become a Sponsor!

The Crossroads Continuum 5K is more than a race. It is a celebration of our community and connection. Sponsors and donors help create an event where individuals with autism, families, staff, and supporters all move together toward a future filled with limitless possibilities.

Family Fun Day

There’s something for everyone! Enter our raffle, and enjoy music, games, and activities out on the turf field while spending the day with family, friends, and community.

For those who prefer a more relaxed pace, feel free to settle in on the turf field and take the day in at your own comfort. A sensory friendly space will also be available—a calm, welcoming spot for anyone who may need a quiet moment to pause, reset, and recharge.
