Prizes
1. Charleston Cottage Weekend – Weekend stay (check-in Friday and check-out Sunday) in a beautiful cottage home, located just off historic King Street in Charleston. The cottage sleeps four guests (two bedrooms and two bathrooms.) Due to peak season activity, make your reservations in advance. The prize certificate expires September 2, 2022. Fair market value is $900.
2. Hilton Head Coligny Beach Retreat – One week (7-day stay.) Some of the amenities include Wifi, satellite TV, elevator, towels and linens, plus a full kitchen featuring a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, cookware and coffee maker. On-site washer and dryer available. Pets not allowed, non-smoking only. Guest will be responsible for a $125 cleaning fee upon check-out. Due to peak season activity, make your reservation weeks in advance. The prize certificate expires September 2, 2022. Fair market value is $2,200.
3. 3’s Greenville Golf & Grille Membership – One-year family membership for spouse and family (all children under 18.) The course is reserved for 3’s members only and included as a part of 3’s membership, with unlimited access. Other noteworthy benefits include short game practice area and night play under the lights (7 days/week - check seasonal hours). The 3's Pro Shop is stocked with all equipment and necessities you will need for the game, including golf club rentals, balls, tees, apparel and delicious food and beverages. The prize certificate expires September 2, 2022. Fair market value is $1,000.
4. Michelin or BF Goodrich Tires – One set of four MICHELIN or BF GOODRICH 16, 17, 18, 19, or 20 inch rim diameter passenger or light truck tires. The prize certificate expires September 2, 2022. Fair market value of $1,000.
5. Austin Ernst Autographed Parsons Xtreme Golf Bag – This golf bag has a place for everything and features an autograph by Austin Ernst, an American professional golfer on the LPGA Tour. Fair market value is priceless.
Prizes/prize certificates will be presented or delivered to the winners (if not present on day of the event.) Prize certificates must be presented at the time of redemption. Prizes/prize certificates are not transferable, cannot be reproduced, used in conjunction with any other promotional offer, or redeemed as cash.
Price of Raffle Ticket: $20 per ticket
How to Enter: The 2021 Safe Harbor Swing for the Green Raffle will begin on July 16, 2021 and end on September 2, 2021 at 10am (Raffle Period). Tickets can be purchased on the event website. The Cliffs members and guests will also receive one raffle entry for the Charleston Cottage Weekend upon paying their golf tournament registration fee.
Method by which the winner will be determined and the raffle will be conducted: The drawing will be held at the CVLGA Swing for the Green Charity Golf Tournament on September 2, 2021. Winner need not be present to win. The winner will be determined by a random drawing of purchased tickets. The winner will be notified via contact information supplied during the ticket purchase. Winner will have 30 days from the notification of the winning to confirm his/her address and his/her acceptance of the prize won. If a selected winner is unable to be contacted or located after a period of 30 days from the drawing date of the Raffle, or if the selected winner declines acceptance of the prize, an alternate winner will be chosen from the remaining entries.
Must be 18 years or older to purchase Raffle tickets.
As a condition of being awarded the prize, winner will be required to execute a signed affidavit of eligibility and acceptance of these Official Rules and release of liability. If the winner fails to submit the release of liability, winner forfeits the prize and an alternate winner will be drawn from remaining entries.
The prize winner will be solely responsible for all applicable federal and state taxes and any expenses associated with the prize, unless otherwise indicated.
Odds: Actual odds of winning are based upon the number of eligible entries received. Each eligible entry shall have a chance of winning that is equal to that of all other entries in the Raffle.
Contingency plan for inclement weather or other extenuating circumstances if the Raffle can not be conducted as planned: In the event of extenuating circumstances, if the Raffle cannot be conducted as planned on September 2, 2021, the Raffle will be completed on the next available business day at 12pm.
Refund Policy: No ticket refunds will be given.
Compliance with the Law: All Raffle proceeds directly benefit Safe Harbor, a registered 501(c)3 non-profit organization. All issues concerning construction and execution of this Raffle will be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of South Carolina. This Raffle is void where and to the extent prohibited by law.
