The Children’s Heart Foundation and the Heart Walk have always been deeply meaningful to our family. For so many years, this community has been a part of our story—a story filled with faith, answered prayers, incredible challenges, and even more incredible blessings.
As life has gotten busier and schedules have changed, it has been several years since we’ve gathered together for a Heart Walk. But this year feels different. This is Jonathan’s senior year, and we want to make this Heart Walk one he will always remember.
Before Jonathan was even born, people were praying for him. They have continued to pray, love, encourage, and cheer him on through every season of his life. So much of his journey has been made possible by the love and support of an incredible village that has surrounded him from the very beginning.
This year, we want to bring that village together.
We want to fill the Heart Walk with the people who have loved Jonathan, prayed for him, believed in him, and helped him become the young man he is today. We want Jonathan to look around and see the faces of so many people who have been part of his story and celebrate just how far he has come.
So, for Jonathan’s senior year, we’re bringing back Team Jonathan—and we would love for you to be part of it.
Let’s make this year’s Heart Walk the biggest, most meaningful, and most memorable one yet as we celebrate Jonathan, the incredible gift of his life, and the heart that has carried him farther than we ever could have imagined.
This year, The Children's Heart Foundation celebrates 30 incredible years of funding research that saves lives and changes futures. For three decades, CHF has been the leading force behind the treatments and surgical advances that help children with congenital heart defects thrive.
It's not just a walk; it's a stride toward the next 30 years of hope. This endeavor is all about supporting The Children's Heart Foundation's crucial mission—advancing the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of congenital heart defects through groundbreaking research that improves survival rates, reduces complications, and helps Heart Warriors celebrate more birthdays than ever before.
If you’re able, we would be so grateful for your support as we raise funds for The Children’s Heart Foundation in honor of Jonathan. Together, we can raise funds to continue the life-saving research that turns heartbreak into hope. Your contribution holds immeasurable value to us and to every family who needs CHF's support.
Thank you for your generosity, love, and support!
With gratitude from our 3.5 hearts,
Dave, Casi, Jonathan, and Sam
