Similar to Dancing with the Stars, Youth Emergency Services' (YES) Dance for a Chance pairs event dancers with instructors, who work together to create a dance routine, pick accompanying music, and practice over the summer before competing in October.
At the same time, the dancers are working within their personal and professional networks – largely via social media – to raise awareness and funds for YES.
Dance for a Chance 2026 brings the fun of dance together with the excitement of a costume party! This year’s theme invites dancers, instructors and attendees alike to embrace their creativity and come dressed to impress. From fun and festive to bold and unforgettable, costumes will add an extra element of excitement to an evening filled with dancing, community and celebration.
