Erica Flynn has been passionate about teaching the art of dance for the last 17 years. She began dancing at the age of three and started teaching by sixteen, dedicating her life to sharing her love for movement and expression. Trained in multiple styles—including lyrical, jazz, hip-hop, tap, voice, and pom—Erica brings a well-rounded approach to her instruction. She believes in fostering not only strong technical dancers but also confident individuals who carry the discipline, creativity, and passion learned in the studio into every aspect of their lives. As the co-owner of Inspire Dance Company alongside Bethany Anderson, Erica has helped create a space where dancers are encouraged to grow, explore, and express themselves. At IDC, she strives to instill the values of respect, perseverance, and artistry, shaping dancers who not only excel in technique but also develop into empowered and conscientious individuals.
