Last year, we held our first ever Day of Giving and it was a HUGE success. 66 donors raised $13,250 far exceeding our expectation and making a huge impact on our mission.
This year, we have set a lofty goal to raise $20,000 to support physical and occupational therapy on horseback.

What will $20,000 help fund?
- We could fill our barn with a year's worth of hay for the horses.
- We could fund the gap for 245 therapy sessions.
- we could pay a full year of our utility bills.
- We could pave the way to sustain our mission and serve central Indiana kiddos for another 20 years!
Why does Children's TherAplay need a Day of Giving?
- To support a child's ability to take their first steps when it was thought those steps would not be possible.
- To assist in a child's ability to speak their first words.
- To support child's ability to do tasks independently (sitting, dressing themselves, feeding themselves and writing) for the first time.
- To ensure a child's access to valuable, innovative therapy that feels like fun in a barn surrounded by the horses they have grown to love.
- To provide a child's ability to be a child.
Day of Giving takes place during a time of year when organizationally we need it the most. This is a special opportunity to participate with the Children’s TherAplay community and share your TherAplay pride! We are honoring our graduates who have paved the way for so many and preparing for those kiddos that will need us down the road.
