The Jacksonville Ambassadors group is a group of 17 employees who represent the Jacksonville campus. Throughout the year all our efforts have been broken down among 4 pillars – Process Improvement, Employee Engagement, Ambassador Group Marketing, and Community Outreach. As part of our Community Outreach pillar we are focused on providing a financial literacy program for high school students in the high-risk areas of Jacksonville. Our program is designed to do one day in the classroom with high performing Juniors and teach them the basics of financial literacy. We then do one day at UNF business school and show them what it is like to study business/accounting/finance. The third stage is to bring the students to the Deutsche Bank campus and show them what it is like to work in a professional setting. We are partnering with JA to build a curriculum for the students. Our goal is to raise $1,000 for JA.
