This year, we’re walking with an especially meaningful purpose. The Children’s Heart Foundation is celebrating 30 incredible years of funding research that saves lives, changes futures, and gives Heart Warriors the opportunity to grow, thrive, and celebrate more birthdays.

For us, this cause is deeply personal. Eli is a Heart Warrior living with congenital heart disease (CHD), so we know firsthand that congenital heart defects are not simply something that happens in childhood—they are a lifelong journey. His story is one of strength, resilience, and so much gratitude for the medical advances and research that have made his life possible.

That’s why participating in the Congenital Heart Walk means so much to us. We’re not just walking to honor the past 30 years of groundbreaking research—we’re walking for the next 30 years of Heart Warriors, families, and futures.

The Children’s Heart Foundation has been at the forefront of advancing research into the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of congenital heart defects. That research has helped improve survival, reduce complications, and give children born with CHD the chance to grow into adults and live full, meaningful lives.
