On Saturday, November 8, 2025, we’re going Over the Edge—rappelling down the side of the 22-story InterContinental Hotel in Buckhead, Atlanta. This thrilling event aims to raise awareness and support for outdoor recreation, while generating funds to help protect Georgia’s most treasured natural places.
What is Over the Edge?
Over The Edge is a special events company that provides signature events for non-profit organizations anywhere in North America and is currently expanding globally! Business leaders, individuals, and community members are invited to raise donations in exchange for the experience of going Over The Edge of a local building. Over The Edge has raised over $70 million for non-profits around the world.
How Do I Get Involved?
It’s easy! You can sign up to become a participant and raise money to go Over the Edge for the Georgia Conservancy. Be sure to register soon—there are a limited number of spots available to rappel down the InterContinental Hotel.
Not a fan of heights or rappelling? No problem! You can still support the cause by donating to someone’s individual fundraiser. Your tax-deductible gift will help protect Georgia’s most treasured natural places and support outdoor recreation across the state.
What Does Being a Participant Involve?
