Sean's Campaign: Supporting SCN2A Cure for his sister Sophia
As I approach my 13th birthday, I've been thinking a lot about what truly matters to me. And at the top of that list is my beloved twin sister, Sophia.
She means the world to me. But she faces daily challenges because of a genetic mutation called SCN2A, which is the primary cause of her autism and learning disabilities. Witnessing her struggles has inspired me to take action.
For my birthday this year, I've made a heartfelt decision. Instead of accepting gifts, I'm starting a fundraiser to support research into SCN2A mutation and find a cure for my sister and others like her. I believe that every small step we take can make a big difference.
I hope you'll join me in this endeavor. Your support, whether through donations or spreading the word, will contribute to advanced research and, hopefully, a brighter future for Sophia and individuals like her. Together, we can make a meaningful impact and bring hope to families affected by SCN2A.
Thank you for being a part of this journey with me. Let's make Sophia's world a little brighter and help pave the way for a better, more inclusive tomorrow. This is a not for profit organization so if your company has a matching policy you can double the impact.

I personally know the importance of fundraising for research of rare diseases and gene mutations. I sincerely hope advances are made soon in the gene mutation Sean’s sister has. What a wonderful idea to raise money. Hats off to you Sean.
