Thank You for Making DogFest a Success!

Presented by

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us on September 14, 2024 at Community Beer Co. for DogFest! Because of your support, we came together as a community to celebrate the incredible impact of Canine Companions and raise vital funds to provide expertly trained service dogs to people with disabilities—at no cost to them.

From wagging tails to smiling faces, it was a day filled with fun, friendship, and purpose. Whether you fundraised, volunteered, or simply showed up to cheer us on, you made a difference. We are so grateful for your generosity and dedication to our mission!

Please save the date and join us again this year for DogFest DFW at Community Beer Co. on Saturday, September 20, 2025! Check back soon for more info.

Why We Fundraise

A man with a warm smile is seated in a wheelchair, accompanied by his loyal yellow Labrador service dog wearing a blue Canine Companions vest, both posing happily in an outdoor setting with a walkway and columns in the background.Canine Companions is leading the service dog industry so our clients and their dogs can live with greater independence. We provide service dogs to adults, children and veterans with disabilities and facility dogs to professionals working in healthcare, criminal justice and educational settings. Since our founding in 1975, our dogs and all follow-up services are provided at no cost to our clients.

“I am so grateful to have Audrey in my life. Because of her I can finally get the chance to live my life more freely, independently and with total joy.” - Jacque with Service Dog Audrey
