I'm participating in DogFest LA/OC because I love dogs and know the joy they bring to our lives each and every day. I also believe in Canine Companions and their mission to provide expertly trained service dogs to adults, children and veterans with disabilities FREE of charge. 

I know this because I am a disabled adult due to a medical negligence, and I depend on my Canine Companion, PATCH, everyday for assistance, comfort and companionship.

Leading up to DogFest LA/OC, I am raising money to support the Canine Companions mission. The impact these dogs like Patch have on the lives of people with disabilities like me is absolutely incredible.

Also, thanks to Tito's Vodka (the Vodka for Dog People) they have generously provided a $7,500 matching gift to help me reach my goal of $25,000!
