Individual Prizes & Awards

Earn Swag

To help get you motivated, we will offer some great prizes for your fundraising efforts!

Fundraising swag will be awarded based on an individual's total raised as of Friday, November 15th at 2pm. You can fundraise as an individual or as an individual on a team, but it's your page total that qualifes. If you have donations in-hand that you would like to be considered for your total raise, please email Megan Angstadt at mangstadt@askccf.org or call the ASK office at 804-658-5910.

Incentive prizes will be available for pick-up at Early Packet Pick-Up and on Race Day. If you're unable to attend, you may pick-up prizes from ASK's office or pay to have them shipped.

Top Individual Fundraiser Awards

The following individuals will be awarded prizes during the Pre-Race Tailgate Party:

Top Individual Fundraiser (1st Place)
Second Highest Individual Fundraiser (2nd Place)
Third Highest Individual Fundraiser (3rd Place)

Awards at the 5K are based on individual totals as of Friday, November 22nd, at 5:00pm. 

5K Finisher Awards

The following individuals will be awarded finisher prizes during the Post-Race Ceremony at 10:00am:

Top three overall male adult (15 & older)
Top three overall female adult (15 & older)
Top three overall male youth (14 & under)
Top three overall female youth (14 & under)

LARGEST TEAM AWARD
The team with the most registered members will win the Largest Team Award. Call everyone you know to claim this prize!

CALCULATIONS & DEADLINES
Just a reminder, prizes and awards are based on team donations only, not registration fees. Awards at the 5K are based on team totals and members as of Friday, November 22nd, at 5:00pm. 

Team Captain Prizes

To encourage you to keep recruiting friends, family, and colleagues to your teams and to keep fundraising, we will be offering some great challenge prizes, like Dunkin' Donuts gift cards! Check your e-newsletters for announcements. We'll also post to the ASK 5K Donut Run page. The prizes are endless, so stay tuned!

Team Recognitions

Teams raising $2,500 or more will be featured on course signage which will be based on team donations as of November 15th at 2pm.

Teams raising $1,000 or more will have their own photobooth team sign which will be based on team donations as of November 15th at 2pm.

Teams raising $500 or more will be featured on the Top Teams Banner at the Pre-Race Tailgate Party which will be based on team donations as of November 15th at 2pm.

Pledge Questions?

While we encourage participants to use our easy online system to collect pledges, we will always accept check and cash donations. Please mail or drop-off donations to ASK's office at:
