My family recently received the honor of raising a Future Leader Dog puppy.  I have two Labradors Retrievers of my own and am excited to see the whole family help this little puppy on her quest to become a Leader Dog. 

The bond that forms between a blind or visually impaired individual and their Leader Dog is so special.  The independence, confidence and companionship that a Leader Dog provides is amazing.  They truly function as a team to conquer whatever the day may bring.

That is why this September I have committed to go Over the Edge for Leader Dogs for the Blind. I ask for your help to get me to my goal.  Leader Dogs for the Blind provides all of their services and programs to clients at absolutely no charge.  What a wonderful gift to that individual.
