Inployable: Connecting Jobseekers with Down Syndrome with Employers in Canada

Launched in October 2022, Inployable was created to help individuals with Down syndrome connect with employers and resources during their employment journey. This first-of-its-kind Down syndrome employment initiative on LinkedIn is working to change the way companies recruit, hire, and onboard employees. Exciting updates to the program are planned for 2024, including enhanced employer resources.
