Become A Food Vendor

Please read all rules and information included below and in the Vendor Application before completing. Space is limited. Applications will be accepted for review until April 1, 2027, or until Vendor space is full.

PAYMENT:

  • Booth space is limited. Applications will be accepted for review until April 15, 2026. Applications will be reviewed for acceptance and notification of acceptance or non-acceptance will be given via email/phone.

  • Payment must be paid in full and included with the application. Payment may be made by check or money order. Make checks or money orders payable to Powerhouse Ministries.

  • This is a rain-or-shine event. Vendor fees will not be refunded if the festival is canceled due to inclement weather, acts of God, or any other circumstances deemed necessary by Powerhouse Ministries or other city officials.

CHECK-IN:

  • Vendor check-in is Saturday, April 17th, from 7:00-8:00 AM. Vendors can pull a vehicle on site to unload, but must unload quickly and move the vehicle to the designated parking lot. Additional vehicles must be off-site before 8:00 AM. 

  • There is a parking fee of $10 per vehicle; however, we do offer parking permits with prior arrangements that can be picked up in advance.

RULES:

  • Powerhouse Ministries asks that vendors keep in mind this is a family-friendly community event. Use thoughtful discretion regarding the use of a space.
  • Vendors are welcome to hand out material from the designated space with the exception of the following: Alcohol, tobacco, or marijuana products; any materials advertising these substances; sexual products or materials promoting sexual content; and any products containing explicit language or material.
  • Powerhouse Ministries reserves the right to modify inappropriate displays accordingly. If modifications cannot be made, the vendor will be asked to leave without reimbursement.
