This year marks my second time participating in DSAJ’s Buddy Walk, and I’m honored to walk in support of my friend Nikki and her amazing 5-year-old daughter, Layla, who has Down syndrome. The Buddy Walk raises funds that directly impact local children and families—providing therapies, sports programs, job coaching, social events, and so much more. I love being part of an event that celebrates inclusion, spreads awareness, and makes a real difference right here in our community.
