Hello! My name is Carrie and I have been given the opportunity to know some amazing individuals! I have an Aunt who has Down Syndrome and she is truly an amazing lady. Her laugh and smile are enough to make any kind of bad day turn into a day of laughter and hope. I also work as a Special Education paraprofessional where I get to work with some amazing kiddos. I am participating in this walk not only for my Aunt, but also for those I work with in my profession and those who are yet to come.
