Welcome to team There iz Hope! Izzy just turned 6 this summer and is an amazing girl.  She loves to play kitchen & cook, pretend play, animals, paint and just play.  She is learning to read and really likes books. Izzy is growing like crazy and is in the 99th percentile for height on the Down syndrome chart.  She is in first grade this year and she really likes school.  She has a lot of friends and her classmates are amazing towards her.  

Izzy has been such a gift to our family.  We adopted her as a baby and she has been with us since she was a day old.  She brightens up the room everywhere she goes.  We feel blessed everyday for her. 

Join our team if you would like to walk with us.  You can also fundraise on your team page.  All funds stay local and help families and individuals within our area.  Some of the things the money helps with are resources like speech, OT, therapy, grants, conferences, group outings, new parent materials and much more.  There are lots of activities for the whole famiily on walk day and we would love for you to join us!

If we place as one of the top two teams Izzy will be on a billboard for next years advertising!
