Professional: Lynn Ann is a partner with Vogel Law Office where she works with her husband Paul. Her practice focuses on assisting nationwide clients with real estate matters and alternative investment opportunity review. Additionally, she serves as a neutral for Alternative Dispute Resolution matters, primarily in real estate, construction and employment matters, building on her experience as a litigator in those areas previously in her career. A very large part of her career and time is focused on volunteering and leading bar associations. She has served as President of The Missouri Bar as well as the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, for which she is currently serving as a Delegate to the American Bar Association. She is a past member of the Executive Committee for the National Conference of Bar Presidents and the Lawyers Association of St. Louis. She is a Fellow and Board member of both the St. Louis Bar Foundation and the Missouri Bar Foundation and sits on the Missouri Supreme Court Commission on Racial and Ethnic Fairness. When she has free time, she is a corporate spouse supporting her CEO husband, Paul, with his busy client schedule at his firm, Argos Family Office.

Boys and Girls Club of Greater St. Louis: Board member as of 2019. The mission is to inspire and enable youth ages 6-18 to realize their full potential as productive, responsible and caring citizens.
St. Louis Internship Program: (SLIP): Board Vice President through 2019 (merged with BGCSL) Programming and fundraising to develop a St. Louis workforce through paid internships for students of the St. Louis School District. 4,000 students have been trained and employed over the last 25 years.
Junior League Larks: providing entertainment in Assisted Living and Adult Care homes
The Heritage Account Board: 501(c )(3) fundraising and supporting the integrity of the historic building at 4600 Lindell.
