Tiffany Gidley is a proud native Oregonian, born and raised in Corvallis, and a lifelong Oregon State Beavers fan. Her love for Oregon runs deep, and she feels incredibly fortunate to have built both her career and her family in the state she calls home. Tiffany began her real estate career with Coldwell Banker in Salem in 1998, launching a career that has allowed her to serve families and communities throughout Oregon for almost three decades. A former Mrs. Oregon American 2021, Tiffany has continued to pursue her passion for pageantry and personal growth. At Mrs America, she was honored as a national People’s Choice winner. Most recently, this past June, was First Runner-Up at the Miss Oregon pageant. For Tiffany, pageantry is about far more than competition—it is an opportunity to connect with others, grow, serve, and use her voice to make a positive impact. Her platform is bringing awareness of domestic violence by providing connection and resources to those affected. Outside of real estate and pageantry, Tiffany’s greatest joy is being a mother to her three children. She treasures their time together and believes the best memories are often made in ordinary moments. A former Jazzercise instructor, Tiffany has always loved to dance. Whether she is line dancing at a local country bar or in her kitchen dancing with her children while baking her favorite treat, Tiffany believes life is meant to be celebrated, enjoyed, and danced through.

Ethan Anderson discovered his love for dance as a teenager growing up in a small Central WA farm-town where such passions were mostly mocked and left unsupported. Continually fighting his way through harsh small town judgment as a youngster, Ethan eventually liberated himself by discovering the bright-and-thriving underground-electronica dance scene that was Alive at the turn of the century in Seattle, WA. Originally inspired by classic artists such as Gene Kelly, James Brown, and of course... the King-of-Pop himself, Michael Jackson; Ethan's dance has evolved from these popular free-form dance influences into the glorious world of partner-dancing. Today, you can find Ethan at any of the following: West Coast Swing, Modern Country Swing, Latin dance, Tango, Ecstatic dance, Contact Improvisation, or his own unique style that integrates them all-into-one, and that he pioneered, practices, and teaches: West-Coast-Fusion, (which you can find on All socials)!
