Danielle is an active member of the Upper Level at the Clubhouse and receives support from the IC Health Group as well. She has represented Independence Center at various speaking engagements in the community and recently joined the Board of Directors and is part of the Community Connections Committee.

Danielle works as an Accounts Payable associate for West Side Missionary Baptist Church and Office Manager for the East St Louis Branch of NAACP. She will soon be pursuing a degree in Psychology at Harris Stowe or UMSL. 

Danielle is a mother of two children: son, Jeffery (29), and daughter, Christina (23).

Danielle says, "Becoming a member of Independence Center changed the trajectory of this phase in my life. The support I have received from staff and members, the friendships I have made since walking through these doors, and the opportunities that have come my way have all been instrumental in improving my quality of life. Independence Center is the best-kept secret in St. Louis! I consider it an honor to represent the members."
