Running a 5K has always been on my bucket list and my moment has finally come. I am very excited to participate and be able to raise money for such a great environmental cause. You may not be surprised to hear that I will be attempting to convince Alexa to run the race with me.

I have been a member with WeACT for Environmental Justice for a little over a year. WeACT’s mission is to build healthy communities by ensuring that people of color and/or low income residents participate meaningfully in the creation of sound and fair environmental health and protection policies and practices.
