Packet Pick-Up

Packet pickup will begin on Thursday, April 28, with two convenient locations:

  • Thursday, April 28
    • Tucson Police Downtown Station (270 S. Stone Ave)
    • Time: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
    • Please call 520-637-1110 upon arrival, and a member of our team will meet you at the front.

  • Friday, April 29
    • Fleet Feet Tucson – Tanque Verde Location (7301 East Tanque Verde Road, #151, Tucson, AZ 85715)
    • Time: 1:30 PM – 5:00 PM
    • EHF will have a table set up inside Fleet Feet where you can pick up your packet.

Bonus: The first 22 people to pick up their packets will receive a special gift!

If you’re unable to attend either pickup time, packets will be available on event day at the registration table starting at 3:00 PM.

Where should I go? 

Reid Park, Ramada 22. Located by Country Club & 22nd St. The Erik Hite Foundation Event will be located in the northwest corner of the park. Look for the Concert Place Entrance. 

What time should I arrive? 

3:00 p.m. - Race and 2 Mile Walk . *$50 Late Registration Fee available, but no t-shirt guaranteed.

Where should I park? 

There will be one place for public parking that is near the event. Please use extreme caution and patience when entering the parking areas. 

  • Please enter at the northwest corner of Country Club and Camino Campestre the Concert Place (entrance off Country Club).

Where do I go when I get there? 

If you still need to register for the event, head to registration table. If you have already received your bag with race items, no check in is necessary, please proceed to the starting line 10 minutes prior to race time. 

What time do the races begin? 

  • 5:30 p.m. – Official 5K Run  
  • 5:35 p.m.– 2 Mile Walk

How do I know where to run? 

There will be directional arrows to help guide you along the course, mile markers along the course. We will have large maps detailing both courses at packet pick-up and at the event. 

Water Stations? 

There will be several water stations placed throughout the course, provided by Tucson Bulk Water!

What do I do when I cross the finish line? 

Pat yourself on the back, BECAUSE YOU DID IT ! Then grab yourself a water, some snacks from Natural Grocers, and your luminaria from the special  racer/walker  luminaria pickup point. The race results, final ceremony, and awards will begin around 6:45 p.m. 

Results? 

The results for the race will be available after the race at the event and also available to view on our website later after the event.

Community Festival of Service FAQs

Is the Community Festival of Service free to attend

Yes! The festival is completely FREE and open to the public. No registration is required to attend the festival and activities.

When and where is the event?

The festival will be held from 4pm - 8pm at Reid Park, Ramada 22. Location by Country Club & 22nd St., in the northwest corner of the park. Look for the Concert Place Entrance. 

Do I have to participate in the 5K or walk to attend?

No! You are welcome to come enjoy the festival, live music, vendors, and activities without registering for the 5K or 2-mile walk.

What activities will be at the festival?

Live music, food trucks, vendors, community resources, luminaria ceremony, and more. Check out our FREE festival attractions and activities tab for more. 

Is this event family-friendly?

Yes! This is a family-friendly event with activities for all ages.
