The homeless outreach group at South Bay Church is a team filled with enormous passion for those in need in San Jose. This groups primary goal is to work on solving the problem of homelessness by focussing on an individual basis. We compassionately reach out to those in need near our church by treating those in need as our equals. We passionately share Christ's love with those who truly need it, and find out what else they need by truly listening. 

Our team actively supports City Team Ministries not only by aiding in fundraising, we also offer our time by volunteering with city team efforts. We also actively seek those in need of City Team's services and connect them with where they need to be. Our team feels City Team San Jose is invaluble to solving the problems of homelessness in the Bay area.
